Don’t have any kind of chicken at 1:30 is insane. Wait in long line to hear only steak and pork. I ask the girl how long for chicken she replies “to be honest I don’t even know.” The rice was hard last time anyway but I tried to give them another chance but I won’t come back now they need new management to help with having food prepared for guests and food quality.

One of the cashier sometimes gives a death stare and acts as if she really doesn’t like you. Today, a different cashier served and she was kind which I appreciated. Some workers are nice but some just make me feel very disliked/hated. Again, the workers today were respectful and kind. Some of the workers get annoyed at you for answering a second later. I used to feel pretty frustrated but I’ve processed my feelings and don’t take it personally anymore. The food is good and the service is quick. It is usually busy when I go around lunch time but I can also find a spot.

I have respect of the workers here they were helpful and patient but that’s what they are good for being patient and helpful. This food was so bad I had to log in here to give it a review. The guac was missing salt, the rice tasted bland, the chicken tasted and looked undercooked, the lettuce was brown a little I have ate at many chipotles, and i have become accustomed to eating at chipotle until the moment I ate here. Not only that, I couldn’t find a place to sit as all tables were dirty and no one cleans the tables. This was the best example that great restaurants have their awful places. This one topped it off for me.

Service is terrible whole the time there people like they don’t want to be working there.
