Food was really good here and they gave really big portions.

I ordered chips and paid for chips, and I didn't get any CHIPS!!!

I placed a large delivery burrito order online for a board meeting working lunch and there was no option to add sour cream as a side. You can add guacamole, salsa, queso, but not sour cream. After I knew there was nothing else I could do, I placed the order and called the restaurant directly to ask them to add a few sides or sour cream. I called and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and asked for the sides of sour cream. The woman who answered gave me someone else that told me they don't do that. I explained that I just ordered 9 burritos and I really needed a few sides of sour cream but the website /app didn't provide the option. I was told that they were busy and already behind so it was not likely that they could provide me with the additional sides. My entire order was over $200 and they said they would TRY to add one side. I asked if it could be a large one and he said no. I was not asking for anything free. I would have happily paid for the sour cream. I asked if I walked into the store and asked for the sides of sour cream with my order if they would give it to me and he said yes and said I could come down and get it which is defeating the purpose because the order was delivery. I asked again for the sour cream to be added and the man on the phone said he would try and hung up. Now I really wasn't done with the conversation because I placed a second order for another group and had an issue with not being able to order extra beans but the man on the phone clearly had no more patience to deal with me. I went to Whole Foods for extra sour cream. The delivery instructions on the order were not followed and my food was left outside on a bench outside of the building unattended even though I called and texted the individual that was delivering the food. After taking the food inside and unpacking it, there was no side of sour cream for my order.

Terrible serving size. I pay for extra and didn’t receive what I payed for. Vinaigrettes are watery. Very overpriced also. Do not waste your money here!!
