Always out of everything UPDATE: months later and this location is STILL out of multiple items everytime we go. Why??

Vine a comprar 2:40pm me encontré con una persona la despacha prepotente nomas porque una señora no hablaba inglés la trató muy mal le tiraba la comida de mala gana en el plato del cliente y cuando me toco le pregunte por el arroz si era Brown rice porque se veia blanco me contestó con una actitud no la miras me dijo es Brown. Mal servicio No le recomiendo este lugar.

WORST LOCATION EVER!!!! NOT OPEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY HALF THE TIME, NEVER HAVE ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND HAVE THE NERVE NOT TO ACCEPT CASH. WASTE OF A STOREFRONT!!!!! Update: Revisited after giving a generous amount of time to allow improvement and it was worst than before. 30 minutes after opening and the food in the display was dry and discolored, obviously from the previous day. It was so shocking that I made mention of it to the server and ask when would a new batch of food be coming out. I was told 20 minutes. I had no intention on eating anything from there after seeing that, I just couldn’t believe the audacity they had to even allow that to happen. Extremely disappointing for a place that prides itself in fresh foods.

Out of the 4 times I’ve been here, 3 times I walked away with no food. There’s always an absurdly long wait for protein, and the last time I went there the lady didn’t even tell me there was no protein and I stood there for some time before realizing why there was no line. Avoid this chipotle if you have another one near your commute home

I had food poisoning from the ,72 West 123 street location

Will never come back here, they have no idea of what customer service is.
