Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is probably one of the worst chipotles I’ve been to. I came around 1130 expecting everything to be fresh because they open at 11. It was only me and one other person in line they were literally rushing me and i tell them what i want in my bowl. The food tasted OLD and it not fresh at all. My chips were stale and i was very confused on why because if they opened 30mins prior. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION THEY REALLY SHOULD CLEAR HOUSE AND HIRE NEW STAFF

This is the worst branch. Employees are just hanging out talking Spanish and playing music. 9 out of 10 times they are out of food. I order the burrito, no care at all. They don't know how to roll a burrito. I get home unwrap it and it's all over the place. This place been the same since it opened.

The food is too salty and very unhealthy for you overall. Don't be fooled by the healthy-looking menu, it's all garbage.

More than half of my order was missing! The place wasn’t even busy at the time of picking up, not sure what could possibly have led them to not pack my order correctly.

probably the worst and the slowest chipotle i've ever been in past decade. Ordered on app, only completed half of my order, missing ingredients, and uneven portions. I'd replace the manager and the workers to triple the revenue. Took 5minutes for them to notice me to pick up my food at the cashier while having 0 customer.

this place stinks, smells like rotten trash upon opening door..

This place needs new management period. This location sucks. Food is inconsistent, get crumbs one day, and a Thanksgiving meal a next. I guess depending on the server you get. Wait 15 minutes for rice today, but then was told when the brown rice was brought up that white rice is an additional 25 min wait...........the rice is one of the most on demand ingredient in this place how do you not have that prepared?!?!?
