Our if rice when we get there .. out of rice 30 minutes later .. we left with no food and no satisfaction.
Olivia E.'s transfer was the best decision this location could have made! Dining here felt like experiencing a completely different atmosphere in the most delightful manner. Olivia was not only kind and personable but also extremely professional. The assembly line was abundantly stocked with fresh food, and the team worked together harmoniously and productively. It felt like she owned the place! 10/10 great job!
Wow…Atmosphere couldn’t get a zero rating since 1 is the lowest. I love chipotle, but I’m not sure I’ve experienced that dirty of an atmosphere in a while. Locked doors on bathroom…I guess I get it, but soap not working, not paper towels, no ice in machines and 2 of the sodas (at least) aren’t working….nor is the mixer on their lemonades. Not sure how employees could wash their hands before going back to work. At least they had gloves on.
If I could give a negative 100 I would. This has to be one of the worst franchise locations in the country. I've had several bad experiences but tonight was the last straw. I placed an online order and the app said it was ready. The worker saw me pull up and let's me sit there unacknowledged for over 15 minutes. I finally wave at her and she opens the window with a funky attitude and tells me they are short staffed and behind. I inquire about how long it will take, and she made zero effort to see where my order is in the queue. I asked to cancel and she says she can't bc its online. Then she closes the window on me while I'm still speaking. I proceed to sit there with no news or effort for 20 minutes. They finally give me my order which was just slopped together with no apology or anything and slams the window again. I'm done.
I’ve been to some horrible chipotle’s and I’ll definitely leave a review. Mind you I drive 20 mins to this location specifically because they give me exactly what I ask for, food is never stale, kind employees. I order the same thing and they are extremely consistent when I order double protein. I love my people in this store , never a bad experience here !
Chipotle as an entire company has gone completely down the tubes since Covid, you’ve lost a decade old customer tonight. Rude and incompetent staff for the last 3 years at ALL locations. It was understandable in 2021 but time for the execs to get it together and do something about the HR/culture issue as a company. Covid’s not an excuse in 2024, respect your customers by implementing some basic service standards.
I usually do not post reviews of places, but I had to create an account to post this after what I saw today. While a worker was working Togo orders, she turned around to talk to the cashier and stuck her gloved finger in her mouth as if she were trying to get a piece of stuck food out of her teeth. After doing this, very visibly to everyone (cashier included), she proceeded to go back to making Togo orders without washing her hands or changing gloves and TOUCHING THE FOOD! Absolutely disgusting! Will not be returning.
