Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've never seen workers move SO SLOWLY. They seem downright miserable. No smiles, half doing nothing, the other half moving like they're under water. Dirty tables, especially outside. It's a shame.

Had to wait 25 minutes in the drive through line past my pick up time, finally bailed and went inside. Food was cold by the time I finally got it. They had logged my order as already picked up so I couldn’t even report an issue to the website because it said it was already picked up on time.

Сегодня, покупал детскую порцию еды и на кассе не не дали фрукт который входит в стоимость не фруктов не чипов ничего нет но стоимость заказа была 4.92 иногда такой же заказ стоит 5.52 иногда бывает 4.52 не могу понять почему цена каждый раз разная если заказ остаётся такой-же. ???

I ordered takeout using the Chipotle app. The wait time in the app was 25 minutes. I had to wait at the store an additional 20 minutes to have my order, two tacos and some chips, “ready for pickup”. The tacos weren’t prepared with the items listed in the order so I ended up having to comeback to get the order corrected, not once, but twice! Getting someone at the restaurant to help was the most difficult and frustrating part.

Good service. I ordered online and it was quickly made. It was ready at the time I had ordered it for. Chips were over salted though.

Horrible service

I sat in Chipotle for 30 minutes waiting on an online order. Here is the problem!!! There was no one in the drive thru and I was the only person inside the restaurant. One guy had his pants down to his knees and when I asked about my order, they got an attitude. I have gotten under cooked rice on a few occasions. The owner need to get involved before this becomes a hood restaurant. The girl at the front counter may remember me. I told her that I made my first million dollars when I was 38.

Much better than the University location.

This chipotle is terrible, do not come here unless you just want to sit there and waste time. None of the workers seem like they want to be there. Spent an hour in the drive through line for them to say the order doesn't even to exist. The manager louis is clueless on how to manage the store and when you try to complain to him about it he just acts like it's not his job.
