Lot of dirty tables. Food was the bomb!!

I had hairs in my food. I couldn’t eat. I tried to call the restaurant and it’s automated. I’m very disappointed.

My food was amazing. They always take care of me with excellent service. They also explained to me the glitching of the app.

Used to love this location... Paid 30 bucks for nothing... Ordered 3 bowls to go and they were half full... All of them. How rude and inconsiderate.. literally 3 pieces of chicken on 1 of the bowls... My bowl. My daughter had a little more than I did, thankfully. My son didn't pay attention to his, only paid attention to not having much in it at all.

I love chipotle I eat chipotle @ least 3 times a week but today was a very bad experience it’s my grandson birthday he’s only 6 and he want a steak taco so he got the build your own the guy gave him spicy steak he to spicy so I asked can I get the steak that’s not spicy the kids meal $5.40 they wanted charge me a up charge &7.42 didn’t make sense to me @ all I just asked for a refund for kids meal I want be back for that reason

Every Chipotle I've been to in Huntsville has been utterly wretched. I just went in tonight they had no steak no barbacoa the food looks like it's been sitting there for a long time every time I go it's just disappointment.

Let’s start with how dirty this place is. Never is there a clean table . The staff is extremely rude. The girl working the register took money then went over and started making our food without changing her dirty gloves . When we sat down to eat 3 workers sat at the table next to us and all of them were vaping inside and basically blowing it our way. When this place first opened it was great. It’s terrible now !

Not the best Chipotle. Food was cold, lettuce/salad was wilted, seasoning was off.
