Chipotle Mexican Grill

Felt like being ignored and discriminated from staffs. Staffs here were uneducated with basic manners to communicate customers and they were racists to Asians. I ordered “here” and the staffs served it “to-go” with foils and paper bag. I asked back to the cashier ‘I ordered ‘here’ and looks like wrong-served.’ However, they laughed off shrugging shoulders looking like they couldn’t get the point and they didn’t do anything wrong. This must be that they don’t want Asians to stay in the hall by putting the food as to-go. Poor manners, low-life and no doubts that they don’t deserve the lowest wage. Even Chipotle doesn’t deserve good rates because they didn’t train staffs.

Good employees and food was fine BUT the water from their machine was Rancid. I've never tasted water that bad before in my life - imagine what drinking out of a sewer taste like and that's what their fountain water taste like Chipotle if you are reading this you need to CLEAN your fountain machine or filter that water because it's absolutely disgusting. If I get sick I know who is responsible

Service was horrible, manger was rude the food was old. I love chipotle but they gotta do better big thumbs down

During a recent visit, a couple druggies at a back table were smoking drugs (was not cannabis) that was noticeable in the air throughout the entire restaurant. When it was brought up to staff, they simply shrugged their shoulders. I left to avoid inhaling whatever was in the air. Each experience has been worse than the last. No longer giving this place a chance. Can only wonder what else the staff is willing to overlook that goes on in the restaurant or with your food. As mentioned before, the service speed is quite slow. The dining room is consistently messy. Often see multiple employees standing around socializing when they could be cleaning the place up or helping speed things up at the line. I miss the Chipotle that used to be down the street. It was much better run and maintained.

Very bad manners had the girl that is receiving the customers. And the meat was so bad . There are a lot of Mexican options around, not recommend this one.
