One of the workers there, Nancy, was so rude and tried to charge me extra for things like sour cream when chipotle NEVER charges for sour cream. Avoid her.
Employees need to be trained on customer service skills. Ordered a chicken bowl.. was charged for barbacoa. Cashier wanted to open my bag/bowl to ensure that I wasn’t lying about ordering chicken. Was offered a drink or refund for the price difference. After being given my bag back with my bowl .. my chips were missing. Cashier then asked me for my receipt to prove I ordered chips and kept asking am I sure the chips are not in the bag that she REALLY-BAGGED after inspecting my order! Ridiculous

Absolutely worst experience at any business Iv ever been to. Terrible employees and terrible services. Would not recommend.
Food was really good as most other Chipotle locations. Service was very fast and straight forward. Servers don’t greet with a hello, but are very fast on getting what you want. Restrooms are locked here, so be sure to ask the front for a PIN code. Parking: Parking spots are very hard to find here, and spaces are mainly for compact cars only. Parking is also very poorly kept, so it smells and isn’t looked out for.
Items have been missing from my order more than once yet still charged full price.
Food is good at Chipotle but their portions for their prices are horrible. Some customer service employees seem vaguely uninterested.
