Chipotle Mexican Grill

Placed an online order and got here at the time ot said to pick up. Store was entirely empty and no line to get food the standard way but still ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Very frustrating

I was reading some of the other reviews reflecting my similar experience, and the ongoing issues appear to be specific to this location at 1800 Ximeno Ave. I have eaten at a number of other stores without complaint but this store is obviously mismanaged. I arrived at 3:35pm on 2/26/2024 and placed my order which was assembled rather quickly, although there was no one at the register to ring up the customers causing the line to backup. The additional employees roaming around didn't seem to have a care about the customers patiently waiting to pay and ignored the register and went in the back leaving us to wonder what was going on. There was only one person cooking in the back and he looked a bit overwhelmed but was doing the best he could given the circumstances. The grills were coated with black char and the wall behind the grill showed grease dripping down it. I couldn't see the exhaust vents but if the grills and wall hadn't been cleaned, I very much doubt the vent hood and grease filters had been cleaned (fire hazard). Finally, the young lady, (who had previously ignored the register) started to ring people up (my receipt shows 3:49pm which was 14 mins after I ordered). Every order was placed in a to-go bag, which was obvious of the bags disposed of in the overflowing trash at the door (a very expensive alternative to dinner trays). The restaurant was in need of a good cleaning as I found all the empty tables and counters to be dirty and the floor needing to be swept. There were no napkins at the soda fountain so I had to ask for some at the register where I was told they were out and then presented with brown paper hand towels (this seems to be a common complaint in most of the reviews). Thankfully, the food was good so we ate our meal and left, though never to return to this location.

SOO good! First time coming here and it exceeded expectations. Service was also fantastic :)

Always running out of food around 730p-800p. Y'all close at 11pm. Make it make sense. Always running out of something...sour cream, protein, chips. You name it, they won't have it. I have spent a lot of money here. Never again. I will drive a little further for a store that actually has food. SMH. Would give negative stars if I could.

Everything was dirty, no ice, coke, napkins, chips! Trash was full and line was so dirty! Floors and tables were disgusting all while the staff was laughing and standing around doing nothing. Chipotle has gone downhill.

I may have went at the wrong time. I placed an order through the Chipotle app. one recent weekday evening around 8 PM. When I picked up the order, it was wrong and the guacamole was missing. I went back and they corrected the order but they were out of guacamole even though I was charged for it. They told me I would need to seek a refund on-line through the app. I was not impressed and very disappointed at how poorly this establishment was managed. At other restaurants they will not charge you or even give you a complimentary item for inconveniencing you but the staff didn’t even care. I felt like I was just a number. I most likely will not be back.
