So I use the chipotle app a lot. I do pick up and delivery. Ordered pickup on burrito day because there was still a charge on the app. Ordered 2 salads. Got there past the pick up time and the food still wasn't ready. Not a big deal except for when I got home. We ordered 2 salads and they didn't give dressing. So I drove back and the kid at the register didn't even look, just said yeah, it sucks. We're out. Every time I have ordered delivery or pickup there is no dressing for a salad. Ever. At least have the courtesy to tell me when I am there and not when I have to drive back.

Their portion sizes are small. Last time I went, I thought I had a server with a light hand, however it happened again tonight. And it wasn't just for my order. They were doing online orders as well and the portion size of those bowls were small as well. Please bring back normal chipotle portion sizes. If not lower your prices accordingly.

This chipotle is amazing! So much better than the one we have in castle Rock, on promenade. Keep up the good work!

I wanna say that this location has been HITTING over the last few months. I go here with peeps from work regularly and they are a well-oiled MACHINE, fast, great service, and good portion sizes. Vegetarian options: Their sofritas are fire

The people who made my food were amazing. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and was treated like a friend. Food was also very good.

Attended this Chipotle for dinner. It is by far the worst Chipotle in the area. Portions are very small, employees are rude, and the tables are always dirty. This experience will be my last time eating at the Lone Tree Chipotle. The rice was crunchy and uncooked, and the chicken was burnt and fatty. When we got to the toppings they were out of guacamole. The worker was very rude when we asked for guacamole, and refused to go back in the kitchen and see when it would be ready. We were eventually shuttled through the line and checked out. The employee was also running her gloved hands through her hair while serving customers. Terrible service at this location.
