I have never been more disappointed with a Chipotle location than the one on Bellview in Greenwood Village. Every time I order online for my company, it's a complete disaster. The accuracy of my orders is shockingly low, and it seems like the staff at this location are incapable of getting anything right. I've lost count of the number of times I've had to reach out to customer service for assistance, only to be met with little to no helpful resolution. My advice to anyone considering ordering from this Chipotle: NEVER order online. It's a guaranteed headache that will leave you frustrated and hungry. It's bad enough dealing with the constant mistakes, but the real kicker is the portion sizes when ordering in-store. It's like they've mastered the art of giving you half of what you pay for. I understand that portion sizes can vary, but this location takes it to a whole new level of stinginess. I cannot in good conscience recommend this Chipotle to anyone. The consistently wrong orders, coupled with the disappointing portions, make it an absolute nightmare for anyone looking to enjoy a satisfying meal. Save yourself the trouble and look for alternatives in the area – this Chipotle on Bellview is just not worth the frustration.

Fuera de que los precios estan muy altos recientemente, la comida y el servicio ahora si esta también mal, cuando llegue a la barra la persona que me atendió estaba limpiando la barra, la tenia de frente y nunca me saludo ni me pidió unos minutos para atenderme, simplemente tuve que deducir que tenía que esperar , la comida cada vez le ponen menos carne o pollo, en esta ocasión la cucharada correspondiente de carne no la tomo completa y solo cayó tres cuartos de la cucharada , entiendo que solo corresponde una cucharada pero ni eso fue ... muy decepcionada de chipotle, no se parece a lo que era antes. Tendré que considerar otras opciones.

They short you every time it makes you not even want to go there anymore it’s disrespectful. It’s crazy because you’re paying for it but they give you the smallest portions and when you speak on it they get attitudes. they charge more then most chipotles yet you get less.I’m sure they take the left overs home that’s why they do this
