Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went here on Tuesday night and the place was a mess. We walked in and the place wasn't busy, but the counters were a mess. The employees there didn't have much care for their work or cleanliness. We left and went to the location on McCain instead in NLR. Didn't want to risk getting food poisoning. The parking lot was a mess of loose gravel too.

Crowded and it took forever to get my to go order

This Chipotle is ALWAYS out of fajita veggies or something else. I feel like they are too lazy and just don't care at this location because every time I go to any other location in LR there isn't an issue. Plus the food sucks at this one off University compared to others. So I drive out of my way ten minutes just to avoid this location. There's a reason for this...figure it out. We pay too much money to not get what's supposed to be available.

Chipotle rarely disappoints. Lovely staff. A bit of a slow line even at close to 3pm but the food was delicious and healthy.

We arrived at 10 pm I asked what time they closed because they were sweeping and cleaning up. She said 11 since it was only 10 we waited in line for about 20 mins. ALL of their employees literally looked at us and walked away to the back. Finally, we were waited on about 10:25. We sat down to eat our food and later got rushed out by a woman employee. This same employee was yelling out the door cursing at some other female customers that were also leaving. Terrible customer service. While we were ordering our food the people were so disrespectful it wasn’t even closing time yet. I get wanting to go home by closing time but they were so hateful.

They always forget ingredients if I order to-go through the app, but when I order in person it’s always great!

I’ve never seen a restaurant so nasty as this one…
