Rude staff, good food, prices are way higher here than other chipotles in the area.

Being regular to Chipotle now-a-days, felt as such a messy staff not even ready to listen your order totally and started packing it, I have been given attitude when I said “please, don’t pack as I need to add more sides” and looks not interested to help us out regarding coupon. Moreover being a vegan I was surprised when I saw a chicken peice in sour cream. People stay alert when you are in this place.

In my opinion a score is only as good as its worst aspect. In this case, the food was good, but I ordered very expensive guacamole and did not receive it. It was a pickup order so I didn't really have time to bust open the bag and check my food. When people buy things online they trust you to include their $2.70 serving of guacamole in the order without a visual confirmation of overseeing employees so that they do the thing you are paying them to do. I also find it galling that the app asks you to leave a tip before you even are served. This is why I didn't tip and why I will continue to not tip at restaurants when they ask for a tip before service is performed.

Everytime I come to this location, the customer service is horrible. They fill up the bowl with rice & give you a baby scoop of chicken. Y’all raised the prices & lowered the amount of food you give people, make it make sense!! It’s getting out of hand, the employees act like they pay for the food out of their checks, it’s ridiculous
