Chipotle Mexican Grill

Wasted 15 mins just standing to collect my food that was ordered online 40 mins earlier. Understaffed. They don't leave takeout orders on the shelf and they won't just hand it you even it is just sitting there behind them. Horrible.

Very bad customer service and the portions are so small basically half a bowl. You will get sprinkles of protein and half scoops of whatever you ask for.

Terrible service at this location, they skimp on all protein they go just go half a spoon and counts that as a full serving I had to demand to give me more. Look guys if you guys can’t afford to give good serving sizes then don’t be in business. Super unprofessional for $25 I should not be skimped on my food!!!!!!!

Food is inconsistent. Pick up orders get piled up in the back so be sure to ask when you arrive or it will sit and get cold before they bring them out.

It's was cold, and all the employees were rude!

Their system was out bad had 6 people waiting in line for 20+ mins.
