I’m not sure if there was previous management with these bad reviews, but I ate at this Chipotle for the first time last week. As someone who travels all over middle Tennessee for work, this is hands down the best Chipotle I’ve had. Attentive staff, never a shortage on food and real portions.
I have typically had good experiences at this site. For some reason my bowl wasn't as plentiful as usual, which I can accept because I feel like a lot of that depends on who is putting it together. But, the fact that my Coke with no ice was short bothered me. That is not one person's interpretation that's just someone not taking the time to ensure the cup is full. They are also typically super cordial, which the girl wasn't today either. I drive to this Chipotle from Smith County, so I can easily just go the other way and hit the one in Cookeville. They definitely should think about that when dealing with customers.
12$ for a tasteless burrito
Food ok, overpriced. Not as shown on ad. Had to pay extra for 2 items shown.
Edit: I went back 3/5/2024 and the chips were stale and my burrito bowl barely had any protein. I did a pick up order and how my order was cold when I picked it up is beyond me. Do not waste your money going to location. You will be disappointed every time. It’s a hit or miss each time I go. I went yesterday and the lady who prepared my bowl barely gave me any protein or toppings.I’m not sure if it was because they were still putting out stuff at 11:10am. I asked for vinaigrette and she told me they didn’t have any. When they had some behind her they were about to put out. I mentioned that to her and she sat my bowl down with an attitude and just walked off. The guy who checked me out got it for me. Not sure this location will ever get it together.
