I don't order chipotle often but I was very disappointed with the online ordering process. I entered my order online and proceeded with my method of payment only to receive an error message that they were experiencing issues with accepting payments online. The online ordering site gave me the option to pay in the store but there was no clarification that my order wouldn't be processed. I went to the location expecting to pick up my mobile order and pay at the counter. To my surprise, they had no order for me at all. They charged my card and immediately returned the payment which i found odd.It was obvious that the employees were doing the best that they could, but it was evident they were short staffed. I was very disappointed in this experience at chipotle.
I will not Be coming back here customer service is so terrible. I ordered 4 bowls because my kids wanted this restaurant for dinner by the time it was time to check out this is when I had a problem, I paid for our food the light skinned cashier with the bushy hair lied at first and said my receipt was in the bag and when I looked it wasn’t. I went back to register and told him it’s not there he said oh the receipt machine is broke mind you he NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR LYING SMH. I told him I would like to see what I paid for because it was my first time he continued to take guest I asked for the manager to help me resolve issue , was a black guy he was very rude and nonchalant because of the customer service and frustration I wanted a refund in my mind but because my kids really wanted this food I didn’t after waiting until he took about 7 or 8 customers I got mad I said hello I need to know what I paid for. So he took this picture with my phone which he could of did the first time before I waited an half of hour to be acknowledged and issue resolved it may not be a big deal to someone else but I wanted to see what I paid for i never been to restaurant before. This was my first and last time I hope this company get a better staff and they give Better customer service smh
The foods was okay. The service and atmosphere was GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE. After 25 minutes waiting, I very politely asked the guy and girl how much longer. The man acted like he didn't hear me and the woman gave me a attitude. In total I waited 47 minutes. Horrible place
Absolutely Horrible food chain. Gave us the wrong takeaway order. Came back and refused to refund our money. Asked for a manager and was told no manager on site and to go online to customer support to deal with it there. This is the second time I've had a horrible experience at this restaurant. The mananger...whoever you are should be fired for dereliction of duty or cowardice for being afraid to face there customers. Call me if you dare. Oh and I ran into the other irate customer that got my order when I drove back to this horrendous place. They were absolutely livid with the response. Go to our website for a refund. I can't wait for this place to go out of business.
