Chipotle Mexican Grill

Honestly the atmosphere was nice and the food was good but I had to tell the worker twice to give me a regular portion of meat she kept downsizing my food for everything it was ridiculous! So basically don’t come here if you’re in a rush and want a regular portion of food.

The chips are better than I remember. The steak was very good.

Only one star today because today was a disaster. Never will do a call in pick up order again. We have gone to this location numerous times in the past and received very good service and food. Today phoned in a pickup order. Wish I had just gone in because my two orders of the current feature Chicken El pastor bowl, looked like they had just been thrown together and half the ingredients were missing, there was some grisly chicken, beans, and rice, but no cheese or other items that were supposed to be normally in it. Also, they all seemed to be mad at each other, arguing among themselves, not sure where manager was. I like Chipotle restaurants and it's the only one close to me, but not sure I will go back to this one.

Go find out for yourself place needs to close down.

Awful, no tomatoes salsa, no corn, no cilantro in rice, missing so much stuff, white rice was crunchy, they didn’t give you hardly any chicken, mostly just plain white rice with limited beans and lettuce, came to almost 40.00 for 3 bowls, we waited in line for all least 25 minutes and didn’t find out till we got up there that they didn’t have half the stuff, I AM PISSED!

Very disappointing every time I order Uber eats from here Somethings always messed up. Whoever made my order April 5th around 9:30 count your days I have a feeling it’s just a bunch of kids working here at this point , unprofessional as hell did not put any of the toppings I asked for on my food but could do it for my partners bowl / got large queso no chips , yall have two more hours till you close there’s no excuse as to this poor service. Feels intentional for an example I asked for corn , sour cream and lettuce and cheese on mines / my partner got all of that so why didn’t I ? Just tomatoes and steak and rice n beans . Now what if I was allergic to tomatoes I would’ve wasted my money on this and half the time Uber doesn’t give refunds out

Super Impressed!! This store is always full, staff is incredible, food is great, and place is very clear. I wanted to specifically pay a compliment to one worker that stood out by serving, helping, leading, and smiling..turns out to be Justyce Sales, a training manager..well done!! What a great leader by example..This is my new favorite spot..
