I bought a $3.48 cup of lemonade at 9pm.... the store closes at 11pm.. I went back to get more... and ALL the lemonades had been removed by 9:15.. why is this store closing up almost 2 hours earlier than they claim to be open?...... I’ve been coming to this location for about two years now because it’s about 10 minutes from my work and it’s convenient on my lunch breaks. But lately when I pick up my online orders, they’ve almost constantly been wrong. Today I ordered a bowl with guac & the bowl did not have any guac, and instead had cheese. I have a dairy allergy, so now I’m at work with another eight hours left of my shift and no lunch. It’s nice that chipotle will comp me a free meal, but I do wish the workers would pay more attention to detail when preparing online orders because now, yet again, I cannot eat a lunch. I’m sure the in store service is fine but I would not recommend placing any mobile orders at this location.
Food quality was poor and I got sick from eating here.
Soon the employees will be forced to make you a burrito or a bowl with tweezers. So stingy all of the locations. They need stock price to go higher…. So they serve you ½ of what you pay for almost
