This location didn't seem to have much vegan options as others we've been too.
The guy made my burrito as if each bean and piece of rice came out of his check.
When I came in to the location, the server saw me and walked away for an unusually long time to get a new pair of gloves and then never said a word to me when he came back. I ordered hard tacos (3 for one order and 2 for another). The portions of meat I was given was unacceptable…literally one row of chicken bits end to end on the bottom of the taco.as he slid it to the next person for the condiments I asked for more chicken they asked me if I wanted to purchase extra, I thought they were kidding…unbelievable and the manager said that was the correct portion. So I got a total of 5 tacos with the meat portion for about 2.5-3. It’s rare to go to any business only to get the sort of dismissive and non caring service, AND terrible portions that I’ve never seen at any other Chipotle I’ve been to.
Chipotle is our go to fast food. I guess it's because we think that it's generally pretty healthy. I suppose we could be mistaken but it seems like unprocessed food without additives and good protein. The atmosphere in this one like all the others is pretty industrial and cold but the quantity of food is good and with the exception of a few pieces of grisly meat is generally pretty good. The only sad thing is that the price has gone up dramatically so now two people even with one shared drink can't eat for less than 28 to $30! That's pretty disappointing but then I don't know what their costs are.
Guac has a frozen chunk in it, and white rice was hard and undercooked, bummer. Everything was solid otherwise. Employees working hard and portions were good.
Mall location Dietary restrictions: Dairy, I had a burrito, lots of options.
