Very bad service staff refuse to give a complete scoop got a 1/2 scoop Barbacoa which was all FAT very disappointing never will return to that location..

The young man with the blonde and black hair like a skunk is so AWESOME I DIDNT CATCH HIS NAME BUT I LOVES EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM HARD WORKER THANK YOU FOR MY FOOD IT WAS GREAT

I've been coming to this Chipotle since it opened back in the day. Came in tonight at 850pm. Line was to the door. One employee announced no more of several items including guacamole. This is 2 hours before they close. If I was the owner I'd say "get your butts in the back and make more guac." At 2.65 a pop, it's a popular and profitable item. Unless they are out of of avocados, they should make more with 2 hours to go. Even a half batch to get through. The guy that helped me tonight was spot on with the portions and was friendly. Parking can get tough in this lot. I'll be back for sure, but it seems like they could use a little more management.

So disgusting to watch a worker wipe the food mess off the counter with her gloved hands and then continue to handle people’s food with those same gloves. The customer shouldn’t have to remind you

I have been to this location plenty of times & this was the worse its ever been. I was there about 4:45pm which should be the beginning of the dinner rush yet they were out of so many items. White rice was just made, barely any black beans, most of the meats were low or out. My chickden was completely cold. No fajita veggies at all. They kept having to go back to the take-out prep area to get food missing up front. There seemed to be plenty of employees working so not sure where the breakdown was. Lastly my chips were stale! They are my favorite part! So was super bummed.

Incidentally just before entering this location, we were discussing that chipotle always have consistent quality. This location proved that totally wrong: no black beans, pinto beans were watered down, veggies running out, rice dried out. On to of that the service person behind counter wasn't even interested in serving. Worst Chipotle ever. If the franchise owners are reading, this was at 4pm on 14th Jan, 2024
