Chipotle Mexican Grill

Solid chipotle, excellent portion sizes

I have visited many Chipotles throughout the US and this one is in there to 3 for sure. Always super fresh and service is outstanding!

How can you mess up Chipotle? This location consistently sucks! Tables are always dirty. Rice either too mushy or downright undercooked. Their chicken is oversalted and just gross, makes me consider being a vegetarian. They don't drain the wet items so it gets even more soggy. It's like slop in a bowl. So disappointing.

Food was dry, and very small portion for the price.... tables were very dirty and drink machine was out... staff seemed over helped and put more priority on online orders rather then in house guest

We had ordered online and if I'm honest had we seen the place before we ordered we wouldn't have ordered trash all over. Outside area was a disgrace. Picked our food up and left. Rice was under cooked. Will avoid this location like the plague in future.

The restaurant area itself was filthy, was originally going to eat there but opted for take out. The girl working was new and struggled a bit with the burritos and wrapping but she tried very hard and was super nice. Food quality is exactly what you would expect from Chipotle.

Like so many who have reviewed this particular location, I am through with giving this establishment any more of my money. The pace, cleanliness and professionalism leave so much to be desired, one must wonder if there is a manager who has been trained that oversees this location. I am positive that if the owner of this franchise were to see how this is being run he’d rethink everyone on staff. Every person surround me in line was complaining of the same thing. Line was so long with no movement I witnessed 5 people leave and go elsewhere. Cost has gone up for the same food—and the cleanliness, wait and customer service have all plummeted. Will make the 15 minute drive to the nearest Chipotle if I get the craving again.

Great food, not much help from staff when u havent been before mind.
