They are so rude at this place for no reason. their customer service is the worst, the manager doesn’t care about this job. i’ll stand waiting for far too long before i’m even greeted as to what I want. they are ALWAYS out of stuff, and trust me I get it, sometimes you run out, but they always seem to be out of something. I work in the service industry myself, if you want to be lazy this isn’t the job for that. I was there last night, my portions were wack and the girl tossed my food in the bag and I swear she rolled her eyes at me. I don’t understand how this place has 4 stars everyone in the area knows this chipotle is the worst.

normally this chipotle is good but i came in at 10 (an hour before close) and the employees were so mean :( they told us they were out of sour cream, guacamole, and cheese when we could clearly see tubs of guacamole and cheese in the back. i fully understand being frustrated with customers coming in before close but a whole hour before close is a little ridiculous….

Ive ordered here like 15 times and they never messed up any of my orders
