Staff is very courteous and attentive. They got my order done perfectly and on time.

They are SO MEAN in there. One woman specifically, usually at the register. So so so mean! Prepare yourself before you go in there. You will get attitude!

2024/3/13. The store should be open at 10:45am. I was waiting at the door at 11am, but they still closed. Now it's 11:25am, and they still not open. I don't know what's wrong with them? 2024/3/14. It was 11:05am, and the store still not open. There was a man (an employee) stand at the door. I asked him what time do they open. He just said they are not ready. I said the store supposed to open at 10:45am. Then he said it doesn't matter. If they are not ready, they won't open the store. What a horrible team work they have. They can't even get ready and open the store on time. They can't even manage the time. They keep customer waiting at the door for long time, wasting customer's time. Although their foods are delicious, their service is terrible. Horrible experience. 2024/3/15. It happened again. 11AM, and the store still close. Worst team work and worst service ever.

The place is very VERY VERY FILTHY. The counter tops behind the desk the tables outside the high top tables the floor. Everyone keep asking why is it so Filthy in here. I personally asked about having someone to just at least wipe the tables, even if not clean the floor. Cleaning the place is not a priority at the moment, is what I was told by the manager. They’re only allowed to clean at 7:30pm. What kind of nonsense is that. Even when there’s no customers in the building. HOW CAN THEY HAVVE PEOPLE EATING IN SUCH AN UNCLEAN PLACE?????? It’s very say, just thinking of what the kitchen looks like where the food is being prepared & cooked! Can you just imagine what they’re serving to their customers!!!! NO GOOD. This place needs to be looked into.

Okay, so first let me start by saying that I will NEVER come back here again. I'm writing this as I am eating my damn near FROZEN CORN BITS BTW. What seemed like the manager of this location (woman), was veryyyy unprofessional. You would've thought I was in line at prison by the way she handled my food and passed it on. I kept telling her "a tiny bit of this, and that" and she just SLAPPED ON A WHOLE GUNK OF WHATEVER. Mind you, the rice is already suitable for a 4 year old to consume in regards to portion size. Also, NOBODY had on hair nets and the hair was not pulled back for a few of them (Health concern). The cashier seemed displaced in her role as she did not even care to mention any preferences for a drink. You can tell that this is an environment whereas the company's code of conduct is not strictly enforced. Now that I am done with my review and food, I can tell you that this place sucks so badly. You guys need to do so much better.

This place needs to get rid of its ill-mannered staff and get real employees in here. The girl cashier is downright disrespectful and everyone in the store has no respect. They told me I couldn't use the bathroom yet I bought a meal. Gee good job Chipotle and why don't you have someone know nobody wants to sit and eat at dirty tables.

There was lots of Carens complaining about this location, but the food was really good, and people serving were nice.

Thare services to stupid

Well, I saw the bad reviews., but had 30 min to spare at Jamaica Station. I walked to Chipotle, getting there at 10:45am which is opening time. I stood there for 15 minutes while watching workers slowly walk around inside, and not open the store. I ran out of time and left. The reviews that characterize workers as not caring at all seem true. They couldn’t even open the store on time, and lost several customers.

There’s always a problem in that location. Either no food is available or no staff! Management is horrible.. it’s even closed right now in the middle of the day smh
