Chipotle Mexican Grill

The cook gave a wonderful greeting. I cane last Friday for the 1st time and never knew of this location. They actually had guacamole and the vinegreete dressing in stock...lol Shout out to the man who ran me down cause I left my phone to. Nice people in the Las Colinas area. Ohh the man who made my food hooked my bowl up!!

Customers service does not exist at this establishment, good luck.

THE DIRTIEST CHIPOTLE WITH RUDE PUT OUT EMPLOYEES. This location is disgustingly dirty all the time. The employees argue and yell at each other in front of customers. No professionalism at this store. They seem bothered to have customers. The portions are a joke. They will give you 1/4 of a spoon of protein and be rude back or try charging you double if you say something. Corporate really needs to investigate and clean up this location. It’s the closest chipotle to me and I will no longer be going. BEWARE!!!

Vegetarian options: Ordered sofritas, got meat. rest of the order is a giant pieces of veggies and spinach covered in hot sauce and rice I guess they don’t like takeout

Food is not cooked in front of you as ads suggest. Staff was nice but most food bins were close to empty so I got the dregs.
