This location is mindblowingly terrible at getting orders correct. My wife and I have gone about 10 times or so and they have missed a part or gotten something wrong in our orders almost every single time. We thought it might just be unlucky at first and then hoped it was perhaps new employees being trained but now after both going in person and ordering online it's pretty obvious the staff just do not care at all.

Food was great. We went for a local HS Fundraiser and we're disappointed to see the manager being rude to some students who were asking for help because their online order did not reflect the fundraiser. The students needed this on their receipt for extra credit for some of their classes and Chipotle will only donate for the receipts that are marked for the fundraiser. We would like to see this manager do better because lots of organizations bring business to Chipotle for these fundraisers.
Door says it opens at 10:30 but the last 6 times we have had to wait outside. It’s 10:45 and still not open
