worst chipotle i’ve had. had them maybe 3 times and each time it got me sick. rice is always undercooked, and it’s disgusting inside like they don’t clean

This is legit the worst chipotle ever. After multiple times of horrible experience you think I would learn to stop giving them a chance. Walked inside to order my food and they have about 10 workers working and they say they are only doing online orders? Make that make sense…

Came 30 minutes before closing. They were out of almost everything

Would give a zero if i could!!! This statefarm parkway location is horrific. Some staff members are polite, others not professional whatsoever!! They don't change their gloves after cleaning up any mess around the food. The silverware area and food station is always filthy! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!

The most poorly staffed and managed Chipotle I’ve ever seen. Management must be fired…clean slate. I used to work at Chipotle. This location is a shame.

I was charged twice for a meal and when i went back to tell them about it they made the process extremely difficult and made it seem like i was lying when i showed them bank statements. I will never go there again based off of the customer service and the way they made me feel as a customer. I was trying to make their job easier by just asking for another bowl which i paid for instead of them refunding me the money. Just disappointing and very angry about the situation.

Their latest offering, chicken Al pastor, was excellent break from the average fast food
