Chipotle Mexican Grill

Online pickup order. Fajita veggies were literally uncooked. Paid for 2x chicken and received less than a normal serving. Such a small amount of everything. Don’t raise your prices and then give us less food that isn’t all cooked!

Place is so dirty extremely unappetizing for a restaurant.

I ordered delivery and never received it. Doordash told me to call chipotle but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone

I don’t ever write reviews. I was yelled at through the pick up counter window. The burrito was smushed into a baseball when I picked it up and the tortilla had MOLD on it. I smelled it and saw it as soon as I opened up the foil. You’re in the food service industry - at least try to care the smallest amount. Horrible experience.

Never have had chipotle let me down this bad. I ordered queso in my bowl and didn’t receive it. When I got home and tasted the food it was bland and horrible. I could only eat 5 bites of the bowl before I had to throw it out. Waste of $13

People with orders already ordered sit in a line for “ready food” for 20minutes plus. I preordered. Shouldn’t it just be a pick up and go tactic? Don’t get in line unless you get dinged that your food is ready to be picked up. Guacamole, always has avocado skins in it. Wrong orders, tables are never clean in the restaurant. Workers are nice. It’s just obvious they have terrible managers running the place. And after this review I get nothing but bad orders it’s alright I went full Karen. Good luck you guys.
