Chipotle Mexican Grill

Out of chips. Food area is disgusting and dirty. Girl didn’t said they didn’t have anymore corn but just didn’t want to get any from the back. Which she ended up going to get some when we questioned it. I rather go the the chipotle on the east side at least it’s usually clean.

This is, with great consistency, the worst managed fast food location I've ever had the displeasure to frequent regularly. Notice I don't constrain my comparison merely to other Chipotle locations—no, it's the worst managed *fast food location* I've been to in the country. First, they're slow. In ten timed visits, all of which took place between 1700-1900, it took me an average of 19 minutes just to get to "Hi, bowl or burrito?". Second, they never warn anyone that half of their usual offerings are unavailable, they let you wait in line for an average 19 minutes just to discover on your own that they don't have white rice, beans, chicken or steak, mild or medium salsa, guacamole, or cheese; I've discovered a secret though: if the cook on duty is the tall black guy with a bad attitude, just leave—It's almost exclusively during his watch that stuff runs low, which is a pretty clear indicator of a short-sighted cook. Also, another tip, if the scruffy redhead dude who wears his mask wrong is doling out the food, leave. He gives the smallest portion sizes imaginable and gets really lippy if you have the audacity to ask for a bit more rice or something. Idk what management is doing here, if they have a management team, but it isn't optimizing their experience that's for damn sure. If you're in a hurry, just go to 5 Guys next door—that's how you run a kitchen, let me tell you.

Restaurant is very dirty no cleanliness at all . We just walked out without buying anything I wish I took some pics

Out of rice, out of chicken, out of barbacoa, out of guacamole.. only served half scoops of what they had.. Some guy was yelling about his right to be there to staff.. he had bought food and I think someone tried to kick him out .. Parking isn't great with the busy surrounding.. avoid if time constraints. Parking: Busy from the stores around it.. Not well lit lot.

Zero stars for everything. Never has food in stock. They seem to be out of multiple items each time I visited. Floors are sticky and soda is out of flavors. Honestly the gentleman at the front that was managing taking our orders and cashing us out deserves a raise cause no one else came to help.

Sign says hiring BUT.... I only see young kids employed here!? Rude short blonde girl!! THIS PLACE HAVE ISSUES KEEPING EMPLOYEES?!

Ordered online. Order was completed on time. Friendly staff. Food was perfect.

Don’t recommend ever coming here. The staff is terrible and very rude. Everything was cold. They had no ice. No chips. No steak. No straws. I am very shocked how bad it was. I had to ask for a towel to clean the table (which I don’t mind I use to work in fast food) but he said no I have to use napkins. Which is fine. I also asked for some salt and they snapped it will be an extra charge. Once I said it was ok they said they can’t give it out. I wish it had a better staff and atmosphere! I love chipotle so it’s sad that I personally had a bad experience.

Not a good visit. Long line, slow service and out of food when I got to the front.
