They were not professional at all came in at about 8pm Saturday night one person on the line he was asking for help they all just looked and laughed there was a good bit of people behind me and the still didn't help I hope he finds another job cause who ever in charge really drop the ball cause employees are represention of their leadership and they must suck
I’m not one to make reviews or what not. But today at 11:40. I ordered a chicken bowl. And the chicken was so salty, dry, looked old and tasted like it was refrigerated. I took two bites and threw it away because I was at work and couldn’t take it back.
Used to go to this chipotle all the time. All of these reviews are correct and the place does need to be burned down and restarted. Multiple times we have gone there and been turned away and said to order online bc they have no staff… it is honestly getting ridiculous and the one review that said we all need to boycott is right. Do not eat at this chipotle until they fix it. Went here for years and the past 6 months it has gone absolutely down the drain.
We ordered 5 meals fir pick up. Before we picked up the meals I asked the worker if he had put extra sour cream in the bag. He told me yes. I asked him twice and he confirmed both ties yes. On getting to my destination I did not find any sour cream on any of the meals and no extra sour cream in the bag. I was furious and disappointed. The service was lousy!!! Period!! The food was just ok.
This place needs to be burned to the ground and reopened by someone that knows how to run a small business.
