Chipotle Mexican Grill

Omg I love this place so much!!! Went here last night for the 2nd time last night and got the beef barbacoa bowl with brown rice and smashed the whole bowl in one sitting. Plus points: the service is on point and the food is fresh and hot, love it!! Cheap owner is cheating out on food. Gives you half the food every other chipotle gives. My burrito was is pure tortilla. Cheapo

This place is really bad. It’s 3pm and everyone is walking out of line because there is no food to serve and there is no urgency to help and they’re looking at us like we’re the problem. Every time I come here, no matter the day/time, they are out of something or multiple items.

I’m currently standing in line for about 10 mins no one is asking anyone want they want. They are all talking and laughing in the back. Poor service no not to mention the girl in the front has an attitude and no one knows when everything will be ready.

The worker before I even walked half way in had white rice in a bowl. I didn’t even say hello and he was already filling the bowl. He was also very rude to me. When I asked for white rice he gave me half of a scoop and when I politely asked for just a little bit more he gave me a nasty look. Same thing with the rest of the toppings very light and when asking for just a little bit more he also gave me a nasty look. The food in general was also cold probably because it was being packed before I even ordered it. Also it was cold and all of my toppings were from the bottom of the barrel instead of waiting a moment to refill them so I could get the fresh food I came for. And before I could even ask for anything to the cashier she was ready to check me out asking if I wanted something else. I was with other people and I was almost charged before I could say I was paying with someone as well. And they seemed like they were all in a rush even though we were the only people in the entire restaurant. I am very upset about my expierence.

To go order but everything made as simple or complicated as you like. My very spicy-avoiding dad gave the barbacoa burrito approval. My Al Pastor chicken was excellent and at my lower end for spicy preference but still a step above the usual fast food spicy.
