Just the the Chipotle the service was horrible. I ask him for extra rice, sour cream and he rool his outs out like he was having a seizure. If I need to pay more I'm happy to do so. This is not the first time the same guys does it. He didn't even gave me the extra tortilla wihch I pay for and no salsa which I ask on the side.
whoever was working at 11:30 am 3-4-24 cashier was VERY rude as i was simply asking a question, proceeded with an attitude, if your having a bad day so be it but stop taking it out on customers especially when you barley open at 11.
Food was good, they have been giving really small portions, and seem like they just want to get you out the door fast. Not very happy with service and amount of food they give you now, price has gradually gone up and portions have gotten smaller
OMG, the food wasn't even warm. Cold rice, beans, meat and flour tortilla, cheese had a 1" chunk of cheese.. Server forgot to give me my chips, had to ask for those. I wish I didn't. Chips were gross and so greasy. The bag was soaked in grease from top to bottom. Soaked to the outside bag staining my shirt. THIS WAS THE WORST FOOD.
Update: DO NOT EAT HERE - Contacted by Corporate was told I would be sent paperwork to complete about the incident and never received anything. Reached out to the person I spoke with and she won’t return my call. This could have been a simple resolution but now I see I need to contact my Attorney. We purchased lunch here on Monday, 1/15/24 and I ended up in the emergency room with Viral Gastroenteritis, (food contaminated), I was in so much pain that I ended up passing out and hit my head on the wall in my bathroom. (I have pictures to prove it). A $30 meal cost me $300 in the emergency room and this is day 2 that I cannot go to work. If my head continues to hurt, I will be going back to emergency for a CT Scan and then I will be contacting my attorney. This place is not clean and I should have walked out when I saw how everything was in disarray. Why isn’t anyone managing this restaurant? There are reviews from customers saying they became ill after eating here. Why isn’t anyone following the protocols put into place when handling food? Too many children working there and not enough adults. I have never gotten ill from eating at any other Chipotle’s. I’m very disappointed.
Alright you guys what is going on... no one speaks English so you just point at items and they don't put a scoop of anything- only a half scoop. The manager jumped in to help because no one in line before or after us could get their items right because of the language barrier, and he's dry as a bone and doesn't give a bit of customer service. How this place handles a lunch rush is... beyond me. Crazy. Just crazy
The food was cold and they put a small plastic cup of sauce inside that I didn’t request, which soaked the bag and ended up on my clothes. And to top it off, I found 2 pieces of plastic in my food. Tossed out my food after that. Can I get my tip back..lol.
Said they were out of Chicken and steak an hour before closing
