Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location is a sad excuse of a Chipotle. Lazy staff, gross dining area, subpar cooks. Maybe they cannot find decent employees. Just go somewhere local. This is an example of a chain failing to reach its low bar. I don't know why this location is so bad. Worst by far I've seen for chipotle. And I've been to many; never again here

You go to eat there and they are serving only online orders. So stupid.

When we were in line, my partner wanted barbacoa which they told someone infront of us they were out. 30 seconds later they had restocked on barbacoa after the person infront of us changed meats. I asked for a burrito and they filled a bowl which I corrected. They used the rice from the bowl but put only half into the tortilla and put half back from the bowl. They were low on Carnitas and gave me at most a half serving for what you normally get. They were out of the corn salsa and out of Fanta. The tables were ALL dirty so we cleaned a spot to eat at. All of the trash cans were overflowing significantly to the point that stuff was piling up on the floor around the trash cans.

If I wanted to spend $20 on mediocre food, I would make it myself in the comfort of my own home. If the food is amazing I can look past poor service but this smashed up thing you gave me that was supposed to be a quesadilla is the last straw. Besides that we ordered a dairy free bowl that was filled with hot queso. We did a large catering order a few months ago and the fajita veggies look like they were cooked two weeks in advance arriving to us grey and lifeless. Don’t order tacos as they’ll take all of them and smoosh them together into one sloppy mess. Also a quarter bag of chips in an order is just rude, come on now. Qdoba is looking really good right now

Please instruct staff on register or table again about cross contamination. It’s not funny again . I get it young employees may be ignorant or not care how disgusting it is bacterially to handle trash than hop on register to handle food. Please speak to staff about sanitary and unsanitary practices/procedures. I really love this place ; I TRULY TRULY TRULY DO WITH ALL MY HEART.
