There was over 7 employees I saw. 1 was cooking 1 was serving the customers and there was 5 yelling, running, paying attention to everything but the customers that were in line. Now I know why everyone says go to the one near the mall
They were very fast and friendly despite being very busy!
Does anybody else get anxiety when going inside to order food for more than just yourself? It is not easy ordering for a family! Chipotle is chaos!!
Very disappointed to order a cheese quesadilla and receive a condiment cup of rice instead of the standard cardboard container with 3 sections of rice. For $12.30, that’s absurd! When we asked the staff, they gave us another condiment container of rice instead of the cardboard container trainer we asked for. This place is terrible!
Had delivery and it was made or order and consistent with other chipotles.
Got the brisket, was extra spicy though. Otherwise it was good, go to feed my kid's and granddaughter
Really good, just gets really busy around lunch time when school is in so I avoid it around that time.
I have never had a problem with the food. It's always been of good quality. The initial person started my order, burrito, rice, beans, ect. Then he passed my order to the next station. The next station wasn't manned. I was left hanging. I tried to ask the cashier standing there, but I couldn't get eye contact. 2 more people came behind me, and their order was started too. They were subject to the same log jam. Once your company has my attention I expect to keep it until my order is processed. I don't mind waiting my turn. But once it's my turn don't just walk away without an explanation.
This location was so much better than other ones in Columbus. They were fully stocked, fully staffed, and the food was perfect. Great work whoever is managing this one!
