Honestly the worse. Chicken always hard as a rock. Brown rice crunchy. Sloppy presentation. Hate this location with a passion.

Kid-friendliness: Great service

Ordered the carne asada bowl and they used what was left in the container that wasn’t a whole scoop said something to 3 different staff members with nothing said or even acknowledged. The guy portioning it out shrugged his shoulders and took the lady behind me. Rude customer service.

Unfortunately, this chain is falling off. This particular location had zero sofrito, zero veggies, zero brown rice, and zero salad dressing. How does that happen. I drove 2 miles out of the way, formed a line to get that sad news. Nonetheless, I hope it gets better.

I came in around 4pm on 1/28/24 guy making the bowls was extremely rude had an attitude because i asked for extra rice. Girl at the register with the big thick glasses, Joancy had such a bad attitude as well. Restaurant full of disrespectful rude no future having kids.

You need a larger spoon. You are only putting 2 oz of chicken on buritos
