Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just order today. My son was suppose to get rice and pork. Drive away and discovered they never put pork in his dish. What king of dummy makes a to go plate with starch and no protein. Had to go back and complain and front desk says don’t get mad at me I didn’t make. They put the pork in it but yet they still kept the tip for the take out order where they provided no extra service and made me fix their errors. Plus I asked for un sweat tea and they gave me sweet tea. The employees at this location are very very incompetent, they don’t care, they do not read the orders. I will not come back here I will not recommend this location to friends The manager of this location is an idiot for allow this kind of service to happen under his/her watch and should be fired along with the rest of the department staff You guys really really suck at your job are are pathetic Peter

Very fulfilling, tasty and unique. Little pricey compared to other Mexican outlets, especially it being a chain the prices could have been slightly lower. Avoid getting the green sauce if you can't handle spicy food.

Good attention. But how disgusting and dirty the place is, it's horrible. If you want to eat, you yourself have to clean your table where you want to sit. Atención buena. Pero lo asqueroso y sucio que esta el lugar es horrible si tu quieres comer hay tu mismo tienes que limpiar tu mesa donde quieres sentarte.

We just got lunch. First thing is they were out of brown rice which wasn't a huge deal. But then they put half a scoop of chicken in my bowl and said sorry that's all we have left and didn't offer let me change meats so I got less than half of what it comes with. I used my rewards for guacamole and my friend paid for a side of guacamole but it wasn't added to our bag and said oh sorry it's sold out and couldn't refund my code or my friends charge. Then my kids orders didn't have chips because they were out so I asked if they could just get an extra tortilla and they said yet but charged me $1 for them so I asked to cancel those since I thought maybe the extra tortilla would be comped since they were out of the chip side that is included in the price. She then argued with me saying my bowl had queso and wanted to charge me for that but I explained it didn't have queso and she insisted it did until thankfully the guy that made it corrected her and said it didn't. Then she was extremely rude after, when we went back to ask about our sides of guacamole that I used my code on and my friend paid for they just said they can't do anything about it. Worst chipolte experience ever!

This is the best chipotle of Franklin. Best food, staff, both day and night crew, and overall environment.
