NEVER ORDER CATERING, TOTAL RIP OFF! $500.00 AND COULDN'T EVEN FEED THE 27 PEOPLE I ORDERED FOR, ONLY HALF GOT TO EAT AND WHEN CONTACTED, JUST GOT THE RUN AROUND THAT IT WAS CORRECT. PLUS THE MEAT IS DRY AND OVERCOOKED!

I won’t come here again. I asked for cilantro on my bowl and was told they would not give it to me. Not even if I paid for it. I was quite surprised. Seems sort of bizarre.

Ordered for pick up and got exactly what I ordered which can honestly be hit or miss but this location did great. Will visit again

Quick service, which is perfect. Staff not too friendly and not very familiar with dishes available online. Food is good . Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly. Setup is for people on the go.

They were swamped & did not miss a beat! Everything fresh, staff is excellent & they had their roller-skates on, we will visit again on our next cruise date!

Vegetarian options: I ordered 2 veggie bowls and they tasted horrible. I have been eating veggie bowls at several locations for several years but this was the worst. It had a really bad taste and not sure what was causing it but it was also very salty. I reported this to their leadership as well. Nobody was interested in fixing the order and both my bowls went in the trash. It was so bad that I couldn't even eat more than a few bites when I was super hungry

Awful service, out of products and food was not fresh at all. Employees are not invested and don't care about presentation or experience. My bag was left at the back of the counter after I paid and I needed to reach back to get it b/c the cashier was already onto the next person. So awkward and weird and it was like I was in her way. Burrito was messy and not at all like a regular Chipotle burrito. Never going back again and caution others to do the same.
