Chipotle Mexican Grill

Always out of food.

I eat Chipotle regularly. This is simply unacceptable.

Terrible takeout service and always out of everything.

Visiting family in Fort Lauderdale and went to go get a burrito late night a few days ago from this location. I usually have a pretty standard experience at Chipotle. Not at this one. The service is downright bad. There was not a single customer there besides me and I waited a good 4-5 minutes at the "front of the line" waiting to be acknowledged by the three staff members chatting. It was bizarre. I say "Hi" when one of the girls working finally acknowledged me. She responded with "what do you want?" without giving me any eye contact. Okay... Also, when I got home to eat my burrito I noticed that there was almost no meat in my burrito, I go to Chipotle +2 times plus a week so I know how much meat is standard. All around incredibly disappointing experience. And it appears it is not just me. There are a ton of other negative yelp reviews about this location. The staff at this location just plain do not like their jobs. I get it. You work in fast food on an assembly line. However, just because you don't have an awesome job doesn't mean you should be rude and downright dismissive to customers. Poor training like this comes from the top down. Someone from corporate needs to come in and clean this location up and probably fire the manager at this location.

Didn't have any guacamole. It couldn't hurt to put a sign up so people know.

chicken was burnt, and ordered pork instead. I don't like to eat pork just anywhere but i figured this place has always been good. Got sick the next day it wasn't properly cooked.

I frequent different chipotles in Broward area, and I’ve never been so under portioned as I have at this location. I ordered a bowl of chicken and there was like four small pieces of chicken. I paid nearly $10 for this. I complained to one of the employees and he was nice to bring me a small cup of chicken in it. But, what if I have taken my online order home instead of eating it at the restaurant? This is straight up stealing from your customers. I will never return here. You can see in the video I had just opened it and started moving the food around.

This is my preferred Chipotle location in the area. They aren’t always running out of ingredients like other locations and the portions are very generous compared to other stores. The service is fast and there is a decent amount of parking.

Ok so note to anyone. This chipotle blows. Got a bowl and the meat was extra fatty. The beans were dry and hard like they haven’t been cooked. The place is dirty and it’s fruit flies everywhere meaning they didn’t clean their soda fountain. Now i understand why the chipotle near my house is crowded and this one is not. Avoid at all costs.
