I come pretty regularly and I want to say before I complain, that some employees here are fantastic and give great service. lately unless two specific employees are working, it is guaranteed to always be a half empty bowl. Today was the worst I've ever seen. Chipotle is expensive and when you order extra ingredients and pay extra you should not get a bowl with a portion that barely fills the bowl. I mean if it's a bit lacking then I would say that sucks but it's beyond ridiculous at this point. New Management making sure employees screw customers over as much as possible is wild. Skimpotle is more fitting.

I normally go in and get my order the same way everytime. All of a sudden today a lady told me that "they are not able too" .Very disappointed.

This location is one if my favorites. It's always clean and the staff is friendly.

No complaints about the service or food. However, I was shocked to see only two people working there on an afternoon. Whoever is managing this location needs to do better. There’s no reason why two people should be working by themselves midday.
