It's a shame that this location has gone as far downhill as it has but unfortunately that's where we are at this point. I have eaten at Chipotle restaurants literally Coast to Coast (as my work has me traveling regularly) and this is by far the worst Chipotle location that I've ever been to. And I've given this location many, many opportunities over the years and I keep thinking that they're going to get better and they never do. This last time that I stopped in I decided not to even place an order as all of their natural drink selections were completely out. In the past they've been out of other items as well, so I don't know what the problem is with their supply chain. Also another ongoing problem that I've experienced only at this location and I'm speaking in terms of at least 5-10 different times.....how do you make corn chips soggy? This is the only Chipotle location I've ever been to with this ongoing problem where more than just a couple of the corn chips in the entire bag are literally soft. This location also has a consistent problem with cleanliness. Nothing more needs to be said about that. All around, this location is a bad representative of the company and I don't understand why these consistent problems can't be dealt with once and for all.

Never have the organic drinks now for some reason. Would not give me a refund for my drink and I ordered straight from the app and picked up my own order.

This location did not have rice. What chipotle does not have both rices. Also, did not have salsa of sort.

Good food

We went out of the way on our drive up north from Florida to eat at this Chipotle because we wanted something better than fast food. We stepped into the door and couldn't help but notice how filthy the restaurant was. The floors, and the tables were disgusting! Not one person was eating inside the restaurant, but who'd want to eat in such a dirty place?! We looked at the area where they were making the food orders and immediately walked out. It was appalling. The bins were almost empty and there was dry, crusty, old food all over the counter. This location needs a manager that cares about food safety and personal service. It was a waste of time stopping.
