This is hardly a Chipotle. It's a trashy tasting knock-off. They don't know how to make a quesadilla. Only half of the tortilla had ingredients. Not sure how they pass quality standards as the other Chipotles in this area do not have the same taste (aka lack there of) problems. I like the location but get someone else in charge here. (the one on E 86th does a great job)
As a former chipotle employee with knowledge of your 4oz portion sizes(a full spoon), i came in and ordered a steak bowl and the guy put a half spoon of steak in my bowl, i asked for just a little bit more knowing that was not 4oz he put. I was then charged double for it. ABSURD!! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES CORRECTLY. Side note: the steak was probably more dry than the guy DMs that made my bowl. 3/11/24 2:15PM
A Nightmare at Chipotle I mean, seriously... How many one-star reviews can they possibly get before changes are made? It's too late now; I am done—not just with this location, but with Chipotle completely. I would rather not eat than ever set foot in there again. Employees are rude, and management is even worse. This Chipotle would have been perfect on the set of the movie Idiocracy. Customer service is anything but a priority here. So rude, so disrespectful. I am so done. This location would be better off bulldozed to the ground and turned into a parking lot. Chipotle USED TO BE one of my absolute favorite places to eat. But nothing good lasts forever, and all good things must come to an end. I can’t say any more than what has already been said in hundreds of other ‘one star’ reviews for this location. Goodbye, Chipotle, Former Customer
The people who work tonight are rude and disrespectful will not be coming back
Tyler is the chillest mf alive
Chipotle is awesome! Not this location though. Avoid it al all costs. Food/service is horribly slow and quality has gone downhill significantly.
Great food and service at a reasonable price
Worst chipotle on the north side of Indy
