Chipotle Mexican Grill

Was good. They should think about offering the bowls in two sizes.

Across the board the worst, and probably the only bad Chipotle I've ever been to. Pretty much all centered around the cashier with the hair bandana, I think her name was Savannah. Anyways, as I always have for the past 20 years or so, I asked to have my burrito mixed. The guy making the burritos seemed taken back and asked the girl for assistance. She rudely replied, um Chipotle has never mixed burritos they get mixed when you wrap them this guy doesn't know what he's talking about. (I'm across the counter mind you). I replied with I've never had one not mixed I'm not sure you know what you're talking about. With more snark she said well I work here and I think I would know better. I said don't worry about it just hand me the burrito. She goes and finds the manager who informs her they do mix burritos, just grab a couple knifes and toss it around before you roll it. She came back with more snark and handed my already wrapped unmixed burrito saying I've still never heard of that, must be new. To top things off She charged me 4 dollars extra for double meat in a half and half burrito. Worst experience ever and your money is much better spent at any of the other new restaurants in that same parking lot. Or drive into town to one of the springs Chipotles.

New chipotle is fast and great like every other chipotle I’ve been to.

My wife has food allergies we know there's always a risk eating out Chipotle in general has been one that has always been very careful and showed extra consideration when it came to her food allergies Chipotle in falcon Colorado showed very little consideration or care it was messy everything was mixed and it seemed like a major burden to try to make a clean bowl for her I will not return to that Chipotle

Can someone please tell me if the amount of meat comes out of these people's paychecks?? Also not sure how I paid twenty five dollars for my chicken bowl and kids meal.

Love Chipotle as a brand but this location just continues to fail since it's opened. I've tried eating here multiple times and there has been issues every time. Computers crash and they can't serve customers, or they run out of food on the line. Or they are so under staffed they can't keep up and wait times are ridiculous.Never been able to get a successful meal from this location. I'm hoping it improves but it seems like they have no idea how to properly manage this store and where not ready to open when they did.

My recent visit to the newly opened Chipotle in Falcon was disappointingly subpar. The food counter was not only messy and disorganized, but there were also noticeable spills around the counter. Mostly empty ingredient containers raised concerns about freshness, and the employees, unfortunately, seemed unhappy and lacked the usual friendliness and engagement I associate with Chipotle. While acknowledging the challenges of opening a new location, addressing the messiness around the counter and enhancing employee morale could significantly improve the overall experience. I hope Chipotle takes swift action to maintain the high standards of service and cleanliness that customers expect from the brand.

The location in Falcon Colorado needs to spend more time cleaning. Their grill is caked with stuck on food. Their work/prep tables are always covered in rice and other food bits. The staff is always nice but someone needs to clean.

Hadn't been to Chipotle in 18yrs and wanted to try again. Since we had one in Falcon now and listed on places. First let down was they done serve beer. The food wasn't fresh and only one person working. There was a group of them doing nothing. The price was way to much for bad food. First and last time I'm going. And yes all my friends and neighbors will hear my thoughts.
