Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered from Doordash and there was no chips with my guacamole and they didn't put the rice in my bowl.

The bowl was white rice, no beans, chicken tomato salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, large side of guacamole, and a regular bag of chips to go. WHAT I GOT was equal to half of a bowl at any other location, and they were saying if I put extra on its a extra charge. So I'll go to other locations because the portions are better. Also the staff is nicer then this location.

This is the second time I've been to this Chipotle, why do I barely get food in my bowl and the people that are of color have food falling out of their bowls? Everyone should be treated the same in restaurants. I will not return to this establishment, and I will put this on my social media page and tell everyone if you're white, you don't get any food at this Chipotle.

Lunch hour, and the food is low and not refilled in a timely manner so we got bottem scrapings and not even close to a portion serving size. The dining area wasn't the cleanest I've dinned in Not once did anyone come to wipe down tables or sweep. The drink area was less than organized. For the price we paid, the amount of food we we're served...Very disappointing is an understatement indeed. Recomdation... doubtful at best.

Had not even started my order until I arrived (they were not busy), and after beginning it realized they were completely out of chicken. I waited an additional 25 minutes for them to cook the chicken, cut the chicken, and then finally for someone to come back out and make the order. All the while a great deal of time was wasted from employees talking and laughing in the back while the chicken burned and not acknowledging customers.

Don’t even bother, they are always out of ingredients, they even put lettuce that I didn’t ask for in the bowl. No sour cream, no fajita veggies, no pico. Consistently bad service all the way around from this location, they need to clean house with their employees.

Worst customer service, not treating customers in good manner,even after the billing they didn't put the food in bags,even they didn't put napkins and spoons in the bag,for all these they are waiting us for long time.

I got the person infront of me food because they didn’t mark my food that is terrible and something needs to do about there portion control because you having paying customers begging for there extras so now I have someone else’s food and vs
