Chipotle Mexican Grill

Customer service awful, had to wait minutes to be tended to. Literally just trying to get a quick meal and the guy was being passive aggressive and way too quick, I wasn’t even being slow and it was already a unfriendly environment. smh ‍♀️ didn’t even give napkins or a spoon, or even the receipt! in a hurry for what?? The store was basically empty with one other person behind me.

Went here to grab a quick bite around 12 and this was one of the better Chipotles I went to. The serving was reasonable and the staff was warm and welcoming. A lot better than the service I got at the Chipotle at the food court.

Chicken is either bland one day or too overly spicy the other. And not to be sexist but don’t let the females serve you they count every grain of rice but prepare their clocking out bowls in front of you packed with protein.

Everything is always empty! The trays are always empty and the place is disgusting. And if you do manage to order…. They rush through it so fast that they don’t even give you a full spoon full of each ingredient…. You paying extra for guacamole so why can’t you provide a full spoon full? This is a scam job this company is a scam job and their entire business is a scam job….. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued by anyone for falsely advertising the amount of food they provide? I mean you see the spoon size right?

It's ultra expensive and not cleaned well. There were scraps on the table in front of me. They gave me a tray that was still wet with water from being cleaned. Is it that hard to just wipe them down before handing it to me? Lettuce was out or maybe the employee was too lazy to refill it. They skimp like hell on the rice. Also on the days it's not busy the workers get lazy and don't even chop up the barbacoa properly or remove the fat chunks or cook it long enough. And the rice was like hard in some bites. No one was here on a weekend that's how you know it sucks. I paid $14 for barely any food. The bowl was like half filled.
