Chipotle Mexican Grill

If you're ordering your meal online/delivery, it's safe to assume they will mess it up at this location. I'm amazed how often orders come out incorrect here. Chipotle needs to do something about this, it's completely unacceptable. Go to any other location but this one, you'll have a better chance of actually getting what you ordered.

I had some previous really bad issues with portion size, and I ordered it one last time just because nothing replaces chipotle, however, it ended up being great, portions was amazing and tasted great! Really turned around from the disappointment.

It’s like being in a toxic relationship. I always think things will be different THIS TIME. It never changes. The food is wrong, the wait time is ridiculous, and when I get home to find out I’ve once again been burned (because using the app is essentially shouting into the void), I scoop the disappointment into my mouth and swear I won’t put myself through this again. I guess Chipotle is okay with this being their guest experience.

It's just very poorly managed. Don't expect them to have but 50% of cooked items available. Editing this after giving them another chance. Count your change if paying in cash. Shorted me 5$ on this visit, and right in front of the GM who asked me a question while I was being handed my change. But my main suggestion, DO NOT EAT HERE. They won't be getting a third chance from me.

The rice was mushy and stuck in balls, the chicken was burnt and super dry! They had no other options but the chicken they just opened the doors so you would think everything would have been ready but nope so not cool!! The employees all looked mad no one smiled or SPOKE!! Wow so rude! this chipotle needs to do better!

They charged me for sides after I repeatedly asked them if they would and they said, "No we won't charge you for sides." This has happened at this location more than once, so I won't return. The manager was not there and Chipotle makes enough money , they don't have to charge for sides,.I just didn't want it on my burrito.

Best place for everyone who is working or student what ever it's good place to have food with full satisfaction.Its the place where we get little late for online orders but its ok in busy hours it's usal other than that everything os good

The young lady who waited on me was rude. I asked for the manager, Martha, who was nice/nasty and completed my order; I will NOT patronize this location again.
