Chipotle Mexican Grill

It was ok. I did like the beef barbacoa though. Almost everything was emptied, chips stale a bit. Wish there was more variety of salsas. Brown rice was good and queso too. Service was wonderful and they were very nice, helped me too since it was my first time getting it.

It's just an okay place to eat. Nothing special. Food is kinda of bland. The work station always looks messy and the service is sub-par. Parking: Very tight parking area. Big trucks may want to park at Home Depot and walk over.

This location is awful! The rice isn’t seasoned…and that’s if they even have rice! Always out of chips, out of almost everything every time we go. Don’t ever order online because you it will be wrong! I ordered 2 cheese quesadilla meals online, got home and there was no cheese… just crispy tortillas. The employees are rude and don’t seem to care about anything. This is my favorite restaurant and I will drive to Panama City Beach or Montgomery before I make the quick drive to the Dothan location.

i am not satisfied with my order my rice was under cooked and still hard … there is never any vinaigrette every time i come here the chicken never has any kind a seasoning it has not been a good experience everytime i’ve been .

Food was spot on, both servers seemed new and manager clearly didn’t want to be there. Would go back

I ordered a bowl, a bag of chips and a side of queso. Quest was great, but it comes out of a bag. My bag of chips LITERALLY had 10 chips in it and half of them were chewy and stale. The rice in my bowl had so much lime in it, my lips puckered. Maybe they lost their recipe cards or they are just not training very well.

They were incredibly expensive. The rice was crunchy. Steak was full of fat. We went to sit down and there were no clean tables. Napkin dispenser was empty.

Came here twice within 5 days around 745 pm. They were out of half meats and half toppings and guac. This place is running down. No management
