Staff are unbelievably rude.

Ordered through door dash and our entire order was wrong, cold, small portion than what chipotle usually gives and even missed an entire bowel of my order - so frustrating. Not ordering from this location again.

This younger generation of pretty boys need to learn better customer service skills. They were almost robotic. Lay off the drugs and be a decent human being if your the face of any company especially serving food.

First off the food display was gross there was onion slices in the black beans and the brown rice looked burnt (which is usually what I get) Then staff weren’t friendly. Couldn’t even return a smile. Third, the burrito bowl I got was only half filled! Like the smallest burrito bowl I’ve ever gotten from any chipotle ever! You could literally still see the BOTTOM of the bowl before taking a single bite! This is inexcusable! If you’re looking for food in the 16th street mall area. Skip this place. Update: I tried connecting with support. Link provided by chipotle post review! They did nothing but waste a half hour of my time by collecting information but never actually making right on the issue. And for being a publicly traded company with so many stores across the nation this left such a bad taste in my mouth I’m never going to Chipotle again! Illegal Peet’s is way better in food, service, atmosphere, everything!
