Chipotle Mexican Grill

They are serving medium rare steak, so I wouldn’t be surprised if there are other meats are not fully cooked. Looked like a bunch of new people, no leadership.

I used to be a huge fan of chipotle, but they somehow managed to increase their pricing and decrease their portions at the same time.. I remember the days with the gaint burritos and massive portions. Those days are over and I will now limit how often I go, it's sad.

eating the veggie sofritas bowl i ordered now, have found 2 bits of steak in it already. while i used to order chipotle 1-2 times a week, i dont come to chipotle often anymore because the quality has become an issue, at every store. unfortunately i cannot finish this.

Pitiful... $11 for half of what these burritos used to be...

I came to chipotle with my girlfriend for the first time and didn’t know what to get while the lady with the pink hair was taking my order she had a big attitude and whenever i asked her to repeat herself she made a big sigh and mumbled her reply if she was more clear with what she said i would have gotten the food i wanted. this interaction felt very hostile and is deterring me from ever wanting to come to chipotle ever again. the staff is extremely unwelcoming and the customer service is terrible. while i was eating in the restaurant i felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable due to the attitude of the staff.

Have never taken the time to review a chipotle but this one is so bad. The service is horrible and the staff are rude. I ordered on the mobile app and it took over 30+ minutes once I asked them at the counter if they had my order. Over an hour from when I submitted the order. They said they “prioritize in person orders.” I had an 8 month old baby with me and had to wait for over 30 min while they served everyone that came in after me. They we’re out of the chips, vinegarette and part of the kids meal and they didn’t refund me… it’s almost humorous how bad the experience was.
