this place is slowly getting worse. Never seen that chipotle that doesn’t have white rice or fajita vegetables available. Employees that work there they will legitimate laugh at your face for not having it. unfortunately the food industry it’s getting very bad When it comes to employees, They are miserable and don’t wanna give you a good service whatsoever . Good luck to the owner .

The purpose of this one star review was because of my experience with the manager. I was ordering my food and the employee made a simple mistake when making a customers food. The manager in punishment discounted it from that workers free meal. Utter disrespect from the manager to his team. Also, it wasn’t another hour until closing and they were out of half of the ingredients on top of the dirty tables and floors. For this plethora of reasons I will not return to this location.

This place is almost never open on time. Online orders are never ready when they are supposed to. I can’t believe this has continued for so long! Who manages this place?!?! How is this place gets away with never open on time it’s crazy!

This location is awful. My order was wrong, and the food just tastes really really off. Not how my bowl normally tastes, something was definitely off. No ice, everything was messy.

Very bad, unhappy, grumpy servers at front. They don’t want to be working there, with a such bad face and does not say a word when you come. The food in this Deerfield Chipotle is always in need to be replaced and if you don’t ask them to replace it, you must eat whatever leftovers is in there. Terrible staff and still a good food!
