I was able to enjoy the atmosphere the food was a bit bland compared to my usual experiences.

Friendly workers fast service clean environment i will br back.

I have learned it is MUCH better to go INSIDE.... better service & bigger quantities

I am totally disappointed in this location. Today I stood inline to order my family dinner. 1. The gentleman behind the counter shouted out we don’t have any white rice if you want any it will be 45 minutes before it’s ready (Wow). 2. Getting veggie bowl no fajitas veggies the brown rice was very crunchy not done at all. 3. Mined you I eat Chipotle at least twice a week from the Oxford road location weekly. Never had this experience. I think this location needs to be retrained on cooking procedures.Will not return. This location needs to be closed.

I ordered a burrito bowl with steak and got a chicken burrito, I paid 40 dollars for my order. Then I had food poisoning for the next 3 days. They're always low on stock and I warn people not to go there

It is 04.07.24 - I am currently at the restaurant and there is no proteins ready at the moment. There is a line of 10+ people who are waiting. This is unacceptable. The people in front of me say they been waiting for 15-20 mins. I’ve never been to a Chipotle and there is not ANY protein options available. No chicken, steak, sofritas, ANYTHING. Unacceptable and this is a poor reflection of management and their and the lack of attention to details and SOP’s of the company.

This place is always dirty. Is always missing chicken. Everyone here has an attitude. Over all whoever manages this store needs to be fire because clearly don’t know how to manage a store.
